We specialize in professional septic tank cleaning across West Bengal. Our services include- Hooghly, Bankura, Murshidabad, East and West Burdwan, East and West Medinipur, Nadia, North and South 24 Parganas.

Bookings can be made through our phone number, email, or our app. We will share the details of the service and the price. A confirmation will be made once you agree. You can pay through cash, bank transfer, or UPI. In some cases, an advance payment may be required. The complete payment details will be reflected in the final invoice.

Our trained team will arrive on time. They provide a clean service using modern, safe equipment. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We pride ourselves on our punctuality.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to rectify it at no cost to you.

We follow all safety standards and environmental guidelines. Each of our employees is qualified and well-trained. We are not responsible for any damage caused by unsafe conditions or hidden dangers.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There is no penalty for rescheduling. Refunds are available if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, but are non-refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours later.

We respect your privacy, your contact information is used only for service and billing. We do not share data with third parties. Email and phone number are used only for communication and updates.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service. We will notify you on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with any matter in West Bengal shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, legal action may be taken in the local courts.
